| notes | blue cd. defined as a promo in an italian record collectors' magazine, there isn't any promo stamp or writing on the cd or inlays. very few copies have surfaced. on the spine, the code is printed upside down (a mispressing later corrected?). some copies have the inlays from the regular german release, maybe the czech inlays weren't ready in time for advance promotion. |
